Although you can write a will yourself, I would highly recommend that you get legal advice on the matter. There may be legal impediments that can block you from validly executing your will.
I have include a sample which you can adopt for your will. However, do note that there must be amendments according to your personal needs. This will is only a simple template, which is ideal for a person with limited assets.
Last Will and Testament
